Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC) Customers:

Access to the WAN Analysis Reporting platform is via the Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC). If you use the VEC today, you can find WAN Analysis reporting link by navigating to: Manage Account / View Inventory / Tools / WAN Analysis Reporting CA. If you do not have a VEC ID, please reach out to your Service Manager or Account Team for help.

Networx Universal & Networx Enterprise Customers:

Access to the WAN Analysis Reporting platform is via the Networx Universal Customer Care (NUCC) or Networx Enterprise Customer Care (NECC) portal. If you use the NUCC or NECC portal, you can find the My WAN Analysis Report link by signing into the respective portal and navigating to Manage Account / under Product Tools, View All / under Network Reporting, My WAN Analysis Report. If you are experiencing issues accessing the NUCC/NECC portal or you do not have a NUCC/NECC account or, please reach out to NxU-Registration@verizon.com or NxE-Registration@verizon.com
